Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in [3 to 5] business days. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at bleuberryshoppe@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address. If tracking shows your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.
